主要用途：
聯(lián)動線KLCX40(60)型超聲波清洗機、KSH420(620)型滅菌烘干機、DGZ8(12)或FKGZ20(30)型口服液灌軋機三臺單機及控制系統(tǒng)組成，分為超聲波清洗、干燥滅菌和灌裝封口三個工作區(qū)，可自動完成淋水、超聲波清洗、沖水、沖氣、烘干、滅菌、灌裝、理蓋、軋蓋計數(shù)等工序，主要適用于制藥企業(yè)中口服液及其他小劑量溶液的生產。
Main Applications：
This linkage production line consists of KLCS40(60) Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine KSH420(620) Sterilizing & Drying Machine, DGZ8(12) or FKGZ20(30)Filling & Sealing Machine and a control system with three working areas of ultrasonic cleaning, dry sterilizing and filling & sealing which can automatically perform washing, ultrasonic cleaning, water filling, gas filling, gas filling, drying, sterilizing, liquid filling, cap handling, cap counting and other working processes. It’s mainly applied in the production of oral liquid and other small-dose solution for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
